QUESTIONS

  • The insert above the fireplace in the venue - may I decorate that and what are the measurements?
    Yes! It is perfect for a special picture, plaque or floral arrangement! The dimensions are 15"x 23" and a wonderful way to customize your look!
  • I have The GRP, what time will my rentals be available?"
    The Grand Ranch Package rental is 8am to 12am on Saturday. The reception ends at 11pm to allow one hour for clean up (all of your items must be fully removed from the venue, The Bunk House and Bridal Suite) We will have your rentals available on Friday at 4pm, this allows 2 hours of any decor set up prior to your rehearsal at 6pm. After rehearsal is completed, the venue is no longer available, until Saturday at 8am.
  • What happens is a rental item is broken and/or damaged?
    In the event of any rentals being broken, damaged or lost, the full retail value of that item will be accessed to the renter.
  • Is the deposit non-refundable?
    At the time of booking your rentals, a 50% deposit is due and it is non-refundable. Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to your wedding date, along with your final guest count and any other changes.
