This service is for the couple who has done most of the planning, style, color palette and decor choices, though wants to be present, fully present on their big day! This service allows us to create your wedding day decor/production. We will handle set-up and tear-down of your decor.

The Process Made Easy

 

• Browse the rental inventory and fill your cart with your selected items, proceed to check-out to confirm your order with your signature, and pay your deposit to secure your items.  

• There is a 50% non-refundable deposit required to confirm your order. The remainder of your balance is due 2 weeks prior to your wedding date, along with final guest count and any changes.

• The HPR rental team will reach out to confirm details/logistics of your rentals.

• On the big day, if you have opted for a service offering, our team will execute your set up of rentals and as well tear down, you can relax, be present and enjoy! If you have opted for a DIY, your rentals will be available at designated time according to your package.  

• For all DIY Packages: All rentals must be cleaned and returned in the same manner you received them - returned to the appropriate wrapping & container. 

• In the event rentals require cleaning there will be a $100.00 fee accessed. If any rentals are broken, in need of repair, or missing a damage fee equal to the replacement retail value will be accessed.
